I can see the forum is pretty inactive, but I'm going to post anyway because I do enjoy me some writing. Name's Dee, but in the writing world, I have gone by "Bun", "knifecrew", "Hyperminimalism", and some others. So if you see anything by those names, it's probably me. I tend to write yaoi, so I won't post anything explicit here, but I have written other stuff as well. I used to write fan fiction for Final Fantasy VII; however, I have since graduated to original writing, and have been interested in that for a few years. Unfortunately, I've hit a massively vicious block that is keeping me from writing, so hopefully I can get some help with that, but I'm not expecting anything. xD

Hey there Dee! Welcome to TSN. :3
Yeah, you're right. Not that active right now. I partly blame that on how school's started again, but it's also some negligence on my part, too. xD But I expect that right before or during November, things will be bustling as writers look for forums for NaNoWriMo (do you know what that is? If you don't you should check it out because it's pretty awesome).
Cool! Final Fantasy VII. I had a friend of mine spoil the entire plot line of Crisis Core to me (if I remember right, FFVII is Crisis Core?). And Crisis Core is way too awesome!~ anywho! too bad about that writer's block. And yes, hopefully we'll be able to help out. Actually, if I ever have a writer's block, Ember usually saves the day for me, or Yeti motivates the heck out of my ears (mostly indirectly though, since Yeti pumps out so many chapters consistently).
And once again, welcome to TSN, Dee! Hope you enjoy your stay~
I do know what NaNoWriMo is and I've never participated in it. I could never do it. I've been trying to look for a beta/muse/alpha, but to no avail, so I've sort of just given up looking for someone to bounce my ideas off. Anyway, thank you for the welcome.
Just to be a slight late.. Hello, Dee! This is Yeti, one of the numerous (by numerous, I mean three )!
So anyways, if you're still curious, NaNoWriMo is National Novel Writing Month, and that month is Novemeber! For a whole month, you speedwrite whatever to a certain word goal! Yeeeeah! xD Here's the link in case you want to do it! Right here!
Anyways! *applauds* Welcome to TSN, and I look forward to reading! *and also to try playing FFs
Thanks Yeti. But yes, I mentioned in my previous post that I am fully aware of what NaNoWriMo is. I would never participate in it, however, as I am not good enough, nor do I have any help in terms of editing/beta. It's just not for me, and that's fine and dandy (hey, I rhymed!)
Each and every one of us has a story to tell, whether based on personal experiences
or cooked up in our cauldron of creativity. We form words to tell these tales and
splatter paint on a canvas to express ourselves. But words were meant to be read,
and paintings were meant to be seen.
Welcome friends and foes, misunderstood hobbits and big friendly giants, to "The
Scratch Notebook" which we hope to take up another page of your heart's story.
B. Swan's our first nomination for Author OTM! Bold to sneak upon the computer to get on TSN, she's also one of our senior members whose most renown for her popular story, Prodigy! Swan must also be remembered for her wicked sense of humor and luck at the WMP slots. We're going to go bankrupt, but nevertheless, let's a give a big hand for our good friend, B. Swan!
Written by Captain Failz is the outstanding, jaw-dropping Rise of the Baron! Though one of our not-as-confident writers, this story about how Kultuless becomes the leader of a rebellion for justice perfectly portrays his skill and potential. Bookmark this, because the ongoing story has many more chapters to be unraveled, that would have had you turning page after page, if this were not a computer screen! Give it up for Capt' Failz! *Salute.*
